6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• Steeled Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on AI-generated content
• We are not liable for any theological, spiritual, pastoral, legal, financial, or personal harm resulting from your use of Platform outputs
• We are not liable for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content, including misquoted scripture or incorrect doctrinal statements
• We are not liable for any claims arising from your presentation or distribution of AI-generated content to others

Our aggregate liability in connection with AI-generated content shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding any claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Steeled Inc. and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from: your misuse of AI-generated content, your violation of these terms, or any third-party claims arising from your use or publication of AI-generated outputs.
