By accessing, browsing, or using FaithStack (the "Platform"), whether or not you create an account, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all users, including but not limited to browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.
The Platform is provided by Steeled Inc., a Delaware Corporation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). The Platform is part of the Stack Network portfolio of AI-powered professional services platforms.
If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a business, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
FaithStack is an AI-powered SaaS platform providing AI tools, templates, and resources for churches, ministry leaders, and faith-based entrepreneurs. The Platform enables users to generate sermons, devotionals, Bible studies, prayer journals, church bulletins, and related ministry content using artificial intelligence.
We make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform uptime and availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily impacts availability. We are not liable for any interruptions in service availability.
To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at hello@faithaistack.com. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are inactive for an extended period.
Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to renewal.
Subscription prices are displayed at the time of purchase and are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Any price changes will apply at the next renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current paid period. No partial refunds are provided for the unused portion of a billing period, except as required by applicable law.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@faithaistack.com within 30 days of the charge. We will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
If payment fails, your subscription may be suspended or downgraded to the free tier. We will attempt to notify you via email before suspending service.
Certain content packages and AI-generated outputs are available for individual one-time purchase. These purchases grant you access to the specific content generated at the time of purchase.
Because AI-generated outputs are delivered immediately upon purchase, all per-output purchases are final and non-refundable once the content has been generated and delivered. If a technical failure prevents delivery, contact us for a resolution at hello@faithaistack.com.
AI-generated outputs are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that any output will meet your specific needs, be error-free, or be suitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated content before use.
FaithStack uses artificial intelligence to generate analysis, assessments, reports, and recommendations. While we implement reasonable measures to promote accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Users are responsible for independently verifying all AI-generated information before relying on it for any decision. Steeled Inc. does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.
The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate content including but not limited to sermon outlines, devotionals, Bible studies, and other ministry materials. AI-generated content is produced algorithmically and may not reflect accurate theological positions, scriptural interpretations, or professional advice.
AI-generated content on this Platform does not constitute theological, spiritual, pastoral, legal, financial, mental health, or any other professional advice. Content should not be used as a substitute for consultation with qualified religious leaders, licensed professionals, or other appropriate advisors.
AI systems can generate inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading content. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated output. You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying AI-generated content before relying on it or sharing it with others.
By using AI generation features, you acknowledge these limitations and agree that all final decisions regarding the use of AI-generated content are solely yours. We strongly encourage users to review all AI-generated content before presenting it in any ministry context.
The Platform, including its design, logos, text, graphics, interfaces, and underlying technology, is owned by Steeled Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of Platform content without our express written permission.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AI-generated outputs for your personal or organizational ministry purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute AI-generated outputs as standalone products without our written consent.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform (e.g., inputs, prompts). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the requested service. We do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit consent.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Platform may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.
You agree not to use the Platform to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these conduct standards, with or without prior notice.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. These are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for any third-party content or services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to those parties' terms and policies.
The Platform uses third-party AI model providers to generate content. These providers have their own terms of service and content policies that may restrict certain types of generation. We are not liable for any limitations imposed by upstream AI providers.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties. In such cases, the exclusions apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STEELED INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100 USD.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Steeled Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
These Terms are effective from your first use of the Platform and remain in effect until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your license to use the Platform ends immediately. You may lose access to your account and any stored content. Sections 6, 7, 11, 12, 13, 15, and 16 survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any disputes arising under these Terms.
Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at hello@faithaistack.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will use good faith efforts to resolve the issue within 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
YOU AND STEELED INC. AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm while arbitration proceeds.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email (if you have an account) or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
